Our Policy

 Bookings and Cancellations - So that we can offer your slot to other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment.
There will be no charges if you cancel a service  as long as you give 24 hour notice, if you cancel a service less than 24 hours, you will be charged full fee for that service.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please arrive on time for your appointment, arriving late will cause delay for next clients.
Allergies - We request that you give us full health information  needed on your consultation form.
We are strongly against any form of unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying, promotions, and spam and have the right to disable user accounts.
